Meteor shower

If you haven't heard there is a meteor shower going on this week. Generally no matter what time zone you live in, the best time to see
this meteor shower is August 12, 2009 between midnight and dawn. Meteor
showers are commonly thought to be events that occur at night, but in
fact they are really morning events. Viewers can expect to see tons of
meteors and in some cases up to 100 meteors per hour. The Perseids
started July 17th and will be active until August 24th. You will be
able to see meteors on any given night or morning, but as I stated for
this shower the peak occurs Wednesday morning. So keep your head up so you don't miss out!

I was at Pengersick Castle on Saturday night and around midnight I was star watching (while supposidly ghost hunting!) and i saw masses of meteors. Some had massive amazingly bright tails! Was the highlight of my evening!

That's cool hun. I tried to stay up to watch it here but I passed out.
I was going to try to get up at dawn and watch some then but my bed was way too warm. So how did the investigation go? I guess you didn't pick up on anything since the meteors were the highlight of the night.

lol nope was pretty damn dull to be honest

although as soon as i can do the dvd editing im hoping for a good "out takes" collection lol
